At UMI Naturals, we stand behind the quality of our products. We only provide refunds for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any other reasons, including change of mind or dissatisfaction with taste or preference.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to Request a Refund

 within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, proof of purchase, and photos of the defective or damaged product.

If your request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exclusions

Refunds are only granted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for perishable goods, personal care items, custom products, sale items, or gift cards.
